Pitt | Swanson Engineering

Whether you are looking to create, share, learn, or just looking around, we welcome you to join us at the MAC Maker. Our center is open to the public so that everyone can share in the thrill of growing and seeing an idea come to life.

Want to explore the MAC Makerspace, but don’t know where to start? Sign up today for a tour! Tours are a great way for first-time visitors to be introduced to the prototyping and fabrication equipment, staff, and other resources available to the public through the MAC Makerspace. We love having visitors - our team are dynamic tour guides who are looking forward to guiding you through the MAC and sharing their first-hand experience. While walk-ins are welcome, please email mac.maker@pitt.edu if you are considering a tour to ensure our staff is available to dedicate their time to you.

If driving, we offer parking on site, free of charge. Once within the building, we are at the end of the first hall on your right. We are within the space for the Swanson School of Engineering’s Manufacturing Assistance Center. Plan your trip with Google Maps!
